Re: Big Brother 2012
There is absolutely no space between Ben's brain and his yap. He might end up booted on strike points alone. Ben is 32.
I'm starting to think Layla is the most perceptive.

I'm 31 and I'm just really struggling with just being so like mature and stuff you know? I'm just a lot cooler than I am in this thread with a bunch if 20 year olds so.....

Re: Big Brother 2012
The one with the highest I.Q put his arse into a cake. Then everyone threw the arse cake at each other.
Re: Big Brother 2012
I haven't seen whatever that was, but for an early call I'd say Michael could be the winner.

Re: Big Brother 2012
I wonder if Brad would feel the same way if it was Estelle who pulled her pants down and sat in the cake.
I also wonder how that became a thing...
If the 2nd house existed I could understand Brad's frustration. They worked hard on the cake, it's unfair for someone to trash your hard work. Basically he was seeing it as Michael performing cake farts in his hard work.

Re: Big Brother 2012
It looked pretty stupid but the HMs genuinely seemed to have more fun doing arse-cake than anything so far. It really seemed to lift their spirits. Brad was being a dick. Plus, it's cake. You have to destroy it to get any enjoyment from it.

Re: Big Brother 2012
BB Confidential made Michael look like even more of a winner. I can't fault the dude.
I had no issues with arse cake, I found it amusing, and it really helped them lift their spirits. But I can see how someone who had just spent 3 hours making a cake for a competition would be annoyed seeing hardwork getting destroyed.

Re: Big Brother 2012
I wish Josh would stop walking around only in his undies. Put some clothes on.
In fact that shits me in general. You are walking around other people. Not just ducking off to the toilet in the middle of the night. Wear some fucking clothes.

Re: Big Brother 2012
yeah... But the rules kind of change in there. You're together all the time. A lot of social normalicies slip away. I'm sure if people had issues with it they'd say something or cry to big brother about it.

Re: Big Brother 2012
I predict Brad will be up for eviction again.
Even when Sarah got evicted she was annoying as fuck. I'm glad they showed her the footage of her aggressively attacking Brad at the dance thing.

Re: Big Brother 2012
Brad is a pretty safe choice. I think Estelle and Angie will also be nominated. Estelle will be evicted.
Re: Big Brother 2012
Yup about Brad. He seems to have got comfortable back in his shell and the others seem comfortable with letting that happen. The little I saw of him makes him appear more out of place than ever. And if he's just eating and not washing up/doing his share... eh. That would annoy housemates while TV viewers don't see it.
Don't really know anything about the rest. Ben switches between interestingly lively and irritatingly loudmouthed for me. Maybe without Sarah around to support his pseudo-seniority he'll chill out a bit. Glad Sarah's gone anyway. Too ingenuine (which somehow still isn't a real word, as it turns out). She had very good features, and some fake ones, but it's nice to see how quickly one becomes less attractive when they're annoying.
Most of them are just going under the radar. I only just learnt who Josh is, and Angie. I have no idea of anything either of them have done (or Layla) apart from get pulled out of bed.
George has a good chance at the prize too I think; no matter what's happening he seems pretty happy about it. He's got a kind of blissful unawareness going on... like Reggie, which is totally what won it for her. And when the more dramatic micro-dramas occur George is just nowhere on screen.

I wish they'd take the mirror out of the nomination cubicle so that people would stop covering their mouth while nom-nomming.

Re: Big Brother 2012
With Sarah gone I don't think I have anyone to really complain about... I'm sure the nightly packages will show me who to direct my anger at... Maybe Estelle.

Re: Big Brother 2012
Ben can go any time from now please..I Don't like him. Control freak. Horrible little man.
Re: Big Brother 2012
The new intruder looks like the default male Shepard from Mass Effect.
Re: Big Brother 2012
Haven't actually watched in 2 weeks except for last week's eviction night.
Turned it on tonight, George is up? That surprised me. Then it goes to their mercy pleas... Not sure why George is playing the tradie card, well ok, yes I am. Because he doesn't even feel like a millionaire. Estelle was totally weird, delivering a report on why she shouldn't lose her job. It made her message of learning to be herself come across as a tad ironic. But Bradley, whoa. That came out of nowhere and what can I say but huge respect, stammering and all! How could anyone vote against that? I haven't seen the results so maybe I'm making myself completely wrong here but I reckon that alone would have saved him more than anything else.
Yeah, I didn't see the results. The Angie "you wanna have a go" thing... ugh. I'm the only Australian in my house and that was genuinely embarrassing, so I turned it off. I'd never been a huge BB watcher, just kind of in and out, but for some reason this time I felt like giving it a go. That's not paying off. Every time I turn it on I feel a bit... stupid... in my house, like I can't remind people enough that I'm actually pretty critical, not empathic, to what goes on in there. Plus the viewing itself is actually unenjoyable. I typically register annoyance on the few occasions I do watch through one or two of the house goings on.
Why is the word "goings" all fine for the spell check, while "online" and "unenjoyable" are not? -_-
I remember though that I was quite aware of BB in that season with all the tits. Oh yeah the turkey slap one, that one. Meanwhile in the current season, I have just realised that apart from the intruders, there's 1 girl in there whose name I still have no idea of. Is it just the lack of boob stopping me from being more interested? Or have I gotten older and less tolerant? Or is this set of housemates genuinely more painful to watch than they had been in the past? I much prefer simply seeing Sonia talk.
I think I would like to see Michael win, or Bradley for the novelty it would be, but after literally 5 minutes of seeing the house tonight I don't think I'll be watching it long enough to find out.

It's the lack of boob.
We want boob.

Re: Big Brother 2012
I know, I'm sorry but more gravity is required to get a rise out of me. It's not you, it's me.
