Sorry Gamma, the change implied on the Nine News segment (which they obviously fucked up) was that you had to indicate left to go straight BEFORE getting on the roundabout.

This is a problem, because if the person whose right you're coming from sees you indicate left, he might think you're going left. So he then enters the roundabout and you plow straight into him because you're actually going straight.

:backpedal:

Just out of curiosity i google news'd it:
  • Drivers must indicate their intention to turn well in advance of a roundabout.
  • If going straight, drivers must indicate a left turn just before exiting. Penalty: Two demerit points and $165.
No real change afaik?

Demerit points suck. Occasionally you'll be forcing or holding the indicator in place if your wheel isn't in the right spot mid manoeuvre. If you got a passenger, make them indicate too.

Yeah I read the whole thread. Needless to say it would be absolutely retarded if it were the way Nine misreported it. I was just saying that I'm glad the existing rule is now just that, a rule and not a serving suggestion as I believe it was previously. That said I saw a number of vehicles today not indicating to exit when going straight (like, all of them), and not only did the two coppers nearby not give a shit but they did the same thing themselves.

That can be solved by placing cameras everywhere so that cars can be watched all the time. I've seen these at intersections.

Right now in queensland there are cameras on buses being planned:
http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/Travel-and-tr ... buses.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

1. no game websites allowed to be seen on wireless internet on trains,
2. cameras on buses,
3. the internet being monitored all the time by federal police,
4. US marines coming to australia to invade us under the guise of protection,(hilary clinton is going to use the UN to take the guns off resistors to the nwo)
5. drones being given to police to spy on the public,
6. the militarisation of the police for when the SHTF and they get to treat you as an enemy during martial law and shoot you like soldier shooting another soldier in war. (they can control weather and use disasters to confiscate your property under emergency to get what they neeed - katrina was one example the UN used to take guns and disarm and weaken the public to accept them as the world power - it is an ingenious plan. You get to look like a hero in front of the world for bringing order and peace, and obtain power by centralising it in one move) Remember that these idiots think they are always in perpetual war so they can treat innocent non-combatants as enemies and torture people to get around the obligation to guard freedoms. The violent acts they commit will be judged one day.

You guys are all fucked in the future. The fines are just one thing. Some day there will be armed guards on buses and trains and you will be required to use rfid chips in your skin to 'show your papers' to these nazis. The mainstream media always hypes up the fear which does not surprise me. This is why people need to look for brands of camera that will not be able to be turned off by the geofence technology. You need that as backup to let the cops who are not following the law that others are watching. (tasers are very dangerous if abused)

The jews did not believe it when they were slowly controlled and had no means of fighting in ww2. Today hopefully there are enough people to fight these organisations for free and open society where we can reject these global ideas of extremist luciferian cults plotting to rob each nations pride by getting us to trade with nations who do not want to be part of a central system that doesn't benefit the people of the land.(only uses their collected taxes to further build a global empire for the elites who are setting up the world for the control of the antichrist, while hiding in underground cities in hopes to avoid judgement)

As the solar eclipse in QLD ends, the magick from the rituals performed on that day lose power and people can free themselves of their spells using their willpower to resist manipulation by their gods. (the greys who they can conjure for help - they are telepathic and use thought forms to plant ideas into their subjects)

In South Australia it is only required on a two lane roundabout.
