Favourite TV Shows
We had a thread similar to this at PlayNow... but that was ages ago... and since the thread, i've got into a lot of new (old even ). SO what's everyones top 5 TV Shows atm?
Mine are:
Smallville - Just started watching this 3 weeks ago... watched all 5 seasons in 2 weeks. I'm stuck waiting for Season 6, and absolutely love this show. Chloe (Allison Mack) is fucking gorgeous, as are Kristin Kreuk and Erica Durance. Also, the characters are written brilliantly, can't help but love Lex Luthor... he is really well done, as is Lionel Luthor.
LOST - Only been on this one for about a month and a half... watched both seasons in a week and a half or so. Fucking awesome and addictive.... and so rewatchable... looking for clues or hints and speculating. I just hate one character... Charlie. Fucking annoys the shit out of me... and of late, Michael for what he does at the end of season 2.
Prison Break - Had to wait for each episode to air before i could download this... been hooked on it for months. Having finished up only 2 or 3 months ago, i'm in for a long wait till Season 2 starts.
Scrubs - Fucken love it. Can't wait to buy Seasons 4 and 5 on DVD. Season 6 coming in widescreen should be seet also.
My Name Is Earl - Again, just love the show and can't wait for it to hit DVD. Jason Lee is fucking awesome, and Ethan Suplee is awesome also. Jaime Pressley is fucking hot as and pulls of the trailer trash thing well.
Hopefully other peoples suggestions can get me hooked onto new shows. LOST and Smallville are shows i was LTTP for and am hooked on now.

Stargate SG1: Ive followed this since it started in about 1997. Just started on Series 9 which premiered down here last week (dvd box set will be out before it gets a third through the series!). Also been following Atlantis too. Loved how they finished off the Goa'uld and Replicators (hell, and all the other) story threads in season 8.
SMALLVILLE - Erica Durance for the win.....heard on the radio that she was voted no.2 in the best Lois category for the Superman franchise.. kate Bosworth was No 1 -
NCIS - Ziva for the win! Sort of reminds me of Salma Hayek!
LOST
Although Its was cancelled after one season Im currently re-watching the entire season of FREAKS and GEEKS, damn that was a good show!
Theres quite a few more but couldnt be arsed typing them!

My sister has i think Seasons 1-8 on DVD, and Atlanta Season 1 on DVD. Or some shit. I downloaded Season 9 for her... or the first 10 episodes atleast.Pat wrote:Stargate SG1: Ive followed this since it started in about 1997. Might have to sit down one day and get into this. Currently watching "Lois and Clark" LOL. Not as good as Smallville, but i don't mind it.

I don't really watch much TV, but I try to watch these shows:
Free-to-air
Smallville
The Simpsons
Futurama (which doesn't seem to be on anymore )
Law and Order: SVU (the one with Ice-T in it )
Medium
Eagles games
Foxtel
Whose Line is it Anyway?
I used to watch 24 but my old TV buggered up halfway through season 2 or 3 and I haven't bothered since.

The Mighty Boosh. BBC comedy gold. download it ASAP. there are two seasons of it, and it was originally a radio show (the radio shows are awesome also, if not better). a pretty distinct style of comedy but i love it.
also, another brit comedy called Nathan Barley is pretty good.
oh! and also, Look Around You, a satire of 1970s educational videos with a different scientific subject being discussed in each episode. awesome stuff.
