I'd hate to interrupt all this dick-waving with a sensible comment but if we're up for a race that is more than one hour in duration, that's a long time to be sitting on the sidelines after being hit.

The 'limited' damage option (as opposed to 'simulation' which is how we normally roll) means that it is impossible to destroy an engine or stuff up your steering too much, so that you will be able to get around to the pits and get fixed up. People will be pitting every 2/3 laps for fuel and tyres anyway.

So is there a race every Monday? Stupid question, I know, given the name of the thread but I didn't realise there was a race on last week either. I've got my other modem here now so I'd like to try and connect next time (this one actually works with DMZ, the D-Link I had is a piece of shit)

It's usually fortnightly. It alternates between PGR4 and Forza 2 so if you don't have PGR4 you might have to wait a bit longer (or just get PGR4 because it's tops).
