Just a note to lepo i had a look at your armoury and you need to get rid off all your stuff with stamina and intellect or strength. Being a hunter you should put all your stats into agility and critical strike, you will notice a huge climb in your dps once you have more agility and attack power.

Yeah I think it's about 8000g for it - f that.

I ended up getting the 18000g mount with vendors/repairs from Dalaran. Gotta say I think it was worth it in the end. Done quite a few instances and "For The Horde" etc and the repair vendor has come in really handy for the group. Mounting up, selling my trash and repairing my gear at any time without needing a town is fucking great. Finally getting better gear too.

Doing the "For The Horde" achievement was fun too. I had the group leader and the main tank riding with me so he could focus on dealing out directions to the group while riding to each destination in air conditioned luxury.

I blame Ministry for forcing me to rekindle my interest in the game.

Since the lfd system came into play it has made this game what i think it should be a casual game if you want it to be but still cater for the hardcore loonies which there are a lot of.

Halls Of Reflection.

Apparently it's my fault that the group wiped three times. On the third go after some absolutely pathetic complaining from three of the four, I stood back and watched the group struggle without me. I watched them wipe. I then died too. So after pointing out how awesome they did without me, I left that group. I don't like that instance.

Halls of reflection has caused a lot of verbal fights in game. If your not with a fully geared tank and a good healer you may as well drop out as soon as you enter. I've cleared it now about 3 or 4 times but also wiped more than 6 times and of course the hunter who was 2nd in dps gets called out for pulling agro off the tank! Seriously if he can't hold agro he's not a good tank end of story.

Bah. Back in my day, me, Womble, Reka, Guano and a random quality mage cleared out LBRS with a VoidWalker and a Hunter pet tanking and me (a Shaman) as the only healer.

....whippersnappers these days need warriors and priests and god-what-have-you. Back in my day, we used to call my pet a tank and Twizo a healer. Priests and Warriors, pffffft.... LUXURY!

(BTW, we didn't wipe once on that run either dammit!)

Depends on the circumstances really. Warrior tanks arent good at aoe tanking and HOR can be brutal. Hunter should have FD or just pick another target. As a warrior i tank it fine but i really need to use everything i have to hold agro. It also takes a certain level of tanking ability to know how to tank something like hor in general especially when u have 245+ geared dps targetting whatever they want..

Wow. It's been a while since I've seen this thread. Finally a Kingslayer. Almost full 264 tank gear.

8/12 hard modes in 10. Got Lower Spire, Crimson Halls, 2/3 Plague. Going for Dreamwalker and Sindragosa heroic next week. Fingers crossed!

Kingslayer here as well, 9/12 hard modes in 10 done, only putri, sindra and lk left, been getting a bit bored of the game as of late, basically only getting on for raid each week and thats it :p

Grats on that. I only got my first piece of frost emblem gear the other week. Did not like the grind and haven't really earned any frost emblems since. I'm on another break from the game. Plus the house is getting nearer to completion. I've got stuff on my plate.
