They became part of smilebit if I remember correctly, and went on to make the awesome JSR series, the fairly good GunValkyrie, and the astounding Panzer Dragoon Orta.
If memory serves Sega now have them in a soul removing chamber where they remove their soul and force them to make shitty games that will actualy sell as Sega attempt to become the new EA.
Some kind of online version of Jet Set Radio. Perhaps where you skate around one of several huuuge cities (perhaps allocated to different geographical regions such as Asia, Europe and the 'States? Maybe you can invite people to check out your town on a temporary visa!), check out different peoples art/tags and go on missions with them to embarass the local constabulary.
I wanna see a JSR game for DS where you design your own tags with the touch screen, and it links to a JSR game on the Wii where you can design your tags on DS then do them with the waggle wand.
It's hard to be angry when you're a fan of the Shenmue series though isn't it Spoonfan?, you need to feel heartbroken about 23 hours a day and sleep the 24th.

Nononono, it's all anger now. Heartbreak has turned to bitterness.

Watching videos for it it looks pretty good. Lack of music during races is a bit sucky. Only 6 tracks though... hrmmm... A cop mode sounds nice. I do like the graphical style though. I guess what we are really wanting are those cool end of race animations from 2.

You're best off with the original grey gameboy version of road rash, made in the days of MD roadrash being king its at least better than the GBA version.
If you're keen for some Road Rash, just track down the first version released on PS1 and Saturn, it's the same as the 3DO game which is the best RR evar.
