Re: Official Xbox One Thread | Official Console of the Ranch
Haha..rocco thinks that's an xbox issue. Do your research idiot. Textures often fail to load in on the pc version too. It's an issue with the game...because it's in early access. How well polished is the Nintardo Swinch version of the hottest game around right now?
Re: Official Xbox One Thread | Official Console of the Ranch
Surely Microsoft will be on their asses to fix that abomination by full release, like what the fuck is that.
Vzzzbx, you lose again!
Re: Official Xbox One Thread | Official Console of the Ranch
It will never leave early access like it seems almost all games on Steam. I refuse to buy any in this state anymore as once the cash is coming in they lose their impetus to actually finish the game and end up sidetracked etc. With the amount of cash this thing has brought in it says a lot at how poor the PC version still is and this XBOX attempt is just taking the cash hat and giving lip service to the end product.Cletus wrote:Haha..rocco thinks that's an xbox issue. Jasper your trolling would be effective if it weren't for the fact that you are bagging something the Switch can't even run at all...

Those screen shots were probably taken conveniently while textures were streaming in. But I couldn't argue the point too much - it does look 360esq.

Na, it does happen, but as I mentioned, it happens on PC so I assume it would happen on Xbox as well.. I haven't bothered playing it on the Xbox...it's certainly better on pc. And if they don't raise the frame rate, I'll keep playing on Master Race. No loss for me.

Yep confirm it happens on my monster PC gaming rig, usually at the initial match starts screen. It's just unreal engine when first loading maps/assets.

Dickhead...you're not paying attention.
Lard Arse was told to stop posting that shit ages ago. All of a sudden he decided to randomly start doing it again last night (I guess why not..he's got you under his chubby thumb and you let him get away with anything).
You have now had TWO opportunities to delete his instigating post and my retaliatory post at the same time. Instead, you've deleted my post and yet refused to delete Lard Arse's' post in the other thread.
I'm going to keep posting it until BOTH mine and Lard Arse's posts are deleted. I'll take it to Candy Arse's precious Master Race gaming thread.

Xbox version looks like PUBG to me. Ugly but brilliant game. Good to read what makes the game so good has come over intact.

Ok well, I don't think I can go back now. I thought I'd love playing this on a control pad but I can't do it. I've been playing the game since the start of April on KBAM and after two games on a pad, I'm done. PC for me. It's just so slow and clunky with a control pad and frankly, it hurts my soul. It'll take a while before I get to grips with it.

I know how you feel, some games just feel better with mouse and keyboard. Considering this game was designed for PC first, I'm not surprised.

Re: Official Xbox One Thread | Official Console of the Ranch
Just played and finished Halo 5 on the XOX. So glad I got to play it for the first time this way. Looked unreal. Great game. So short though. Something like 5 1/2 hours. Though it was refreshing to be able to start and finish a game without feeling like it was never gonna end. Only negative was the wardens got a bit repetitive.
Will go back to AC:Origins now. When is Halo 6?

I expect to see Halo 6 next year. They're due for a new installment.

Re: Official Xbox One Thread | Official Console of the Ranch
It's an early access game, trying to review it like a full release is a waste of time. Two weeks ago the PC version felt stale, but they added a bunch of stuff and now it's awesome again.

Re: Official Xbox One Thread | Official Console of the Ranch
Witcher 3 + 4K HDR only on X.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has just received an upgrade patch for Xbox One X enhancing the game to take advantage of the additional power offered by the console. Similar patch for PS4™ Pro has been released a few weeks ago.
The Xbox One X upgrade patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt introduces a number of graphical features and tweaks to the game across two visual fidelity options — 4K Mode and Performance Mode.
In 4K Mode the game will run in 4K resolution (or supersampled on a non-4K display) with stable 30fps gameplay, whereas Performance Mode enables dynamic resolution scaling (from 1080p up to 4K) while targeting 60 fps during gameplay. Both modes support HDR.
To switch between these modes you need to access Options > Display
In the Advanced section you will be able to choose between 4K Mode and Performance Mode:
An upgrade patch introducing HDR support will soon be released for the PS4™ Pro console as well.
List of changes for Xbox One X:
-2 new graphic modes: 4K Mode and Performance Mode
-support for 4K resolution
-HDR support
-enhanced shadows, ambient occlusion and texture filtering
-higher resolutions textures
-dynamic resolution scaling (from 1080p to 4K)
