It is Kid A like Cletus (ie. very electronic) but it's considerably more accessible than Kid A.
I fucking hated it upon the first listen for it's "Kid A'ness" but love it to bits now. Unlike Kid A and Amnesiac, Thom's voice hasn't been processed to fuck, it's all perfectly clear, lyrics are wikid ... LOVE "Black Swan", "And it rained all night" and "Harrowdown Hill" ... ahhh it's all great.
I think you'll dig it.

I thought as much...there's very little York puts out that doesn't rip me apart..
I place KID A in my all time top 3 albums.
A friend of mine put me onto Sigur Ros,who apparently were the inspiration for Radiohead's transition from their regular stuff to the music they now produce.
Radiohead/Thom York is the closest thing to a modern Pink Floyd in my opinion.
